Headcount provides a single source of supply for all temporary contract resources employed on an outsourced basis. Rather than wasting valuable time looking for the right person to fill a temporary position, Headcount will source suitable candidates, then screen and qualify them for final client selection.

We then employ the selected candidate directly ourselves, as an employee or as a contractor, thereby alleviating the client of a significant administrative burden.

When the position requirement finishes, the client simply terminates the contract with Headcount. There are no further ongoing resource costs, nor any accumulating employment liabilities.

Headcount offers candidates individually and in teams to meet ongoing requirements. We will also resource plan the forward workload and vary the applied manpower accordingly, under a flexible manning arrangement.

Headcount can monitor and review all assignee performance in a parallel manner to the client in house HR function. This ensures the client that he is receiving the services of a professionally motivated individual who integrates favourably in with the client in house staff.
