Headcount offers clients a site based alternative to contracting out for engineering or technical services. Headcount will close couple with the client, jointly forming a team to execute a given project or a given function. We will take responsibility for delivering and managing the site based resources to fulfil the work, rostering up and down the manpower as the situation demands. And we can also put in place the systems, procedures and software/hardware tools to support the implementation. Headcount holds full Professional Indemnity Insurance as cover against any liabilities that accrue.

Examples of this type of service include the provision of a project team or a design team on site to work closely alongside the client in order to reduce lines of communication, increase visibility and effectiveness while realising much greater value for money. Another might involve the upgrading of a manufacturing line where for reasons of complexity and speed of turnaround the solution must be in housed but with supplementary resources that are provided under a single managed service contract.
