Headcount provides professional search and selection services across all types of industrial, commercial and business sectors. Our execution follows a clear procedure which has been developed by our own professional in house HR function. We will first dedicate a professional recruitment consultant to confirm the client brief including position description and employment terms and conditions; then identify suitable candidates from within our in-house database, or by advertising or by well proven headhunting techniques. A long list of candidates will be qualified, screened and interviewed in order to produce a short list for client interview. We can attend client interviews if required and assist in the client candidate evaluation. Finally we can assist in debriefing unsuccessful candidates.
We have wide experience of international recruitment - the qualifying and selection of candidates in one country for employment in another country. We are highly experienced in the professional testing and qualifying of candidates to meet stringent international performance standards. We are also well versed in supervising medical testing and in conducting police record checks. We have also arranged and completed English language immersion courses for blocks of new employees over compressed two week and four week periods.
All our recruitment activity is based on competency based interviewing techniques which we have developed internally to align with the Headcount corporate Value System. These can be readily customised to suit any particular set of client values with candidates assessed against these.
